Urban gardens are popular green spaces that have the potential to provide essential ecosystem services, support human well-being, and at the same time foster biodiversity in cities.

We believe gardens can be used to foster even more than these purposes

Our vision:
Healthy human beings in a healthy environment

Team spirit
The garden serves as an instrument for new interpersonal experiences andpsychological advancements.
Appreciation
Every GROME event in the garden promotes nutritional awareness and ensures greener, healthier cities
Health
The urban oases are places of rest and pause for the optimal balance to everyday office life.

The one-stop-shop for the three stages of development

So what does the process look like?
We listen to you, understand your needs and then use the positive atmosphere of the garden for your mental, health and social development as a team. The joint garden project serves as a vehicle for a psychological intervention. Afterwards, what you learn will be rooted in the long term.

We are to be found at six locations and come to you

Your company is not in any of the places shown? No problem - we will come to you with raised beds and together we will build your own garden in the backyard!
